Print orders are managed by a queue based system, which means that jobs are completed in the order they are confirmed (ie paid for). Our turn arounds for printing are typically between 3 and 10 business days from the confirmation date, though large jobs can take up to three weeks.
Turn around times do fluctuate depending on the time of year, as well as the complexity and volume of your job, and the other jobs in the queue at the time. It’s best to get in touch for an estimate. We’ll do our very best to accommodate your desired timing.
We’re a small studio, so we love as much notice as possible – though we understand that last-minute opportunities do arise. If it’s urgent, please let us know - we will always do our best to help. Please be aware that sometimes a rush job fee may apply (30% surcharge) depending on the scenario. A rush job doesn’t mean we bump someone else’s, we’ll work overtime to make yours happen.
Rush job requests are considered on a case by case basis, and not all jobs can be rushed. It will depend on the scope of your project, and how busy we are at the time.
Artwork reproductions usually take between 7 and 21 business days (more again if you are having a large volume of work reproduced). The complexity and volume of your job is the determining factor, but we’ll be able to give you an ETA once we’ve chatted about your requirements.
Rush orders are not available for artwork reproduction. As our offering is a comprehensive service including a colour balanced printed proof, it can be a slow process. Due to the amount of work involved and the level of care we take, we are not the fastest service out there - but we are extremely proud of the quality we achieve. Good things take time!
Raw scans are super quick as there isn’t any retouching work to be done. Most often we can complete them same-day or next business day, depending on the volume of artworks you require scanning. We’ll be able to give you an ETA once we've had a chat about your requirements.
